Booking & Pre-Consultation
Upon booking your consultation appointment, you will receive pre-consultation forms via email. These forms will include a medical history questionnaire and consultation forms. It is preferable that these forms are completed and submitted prior to your appointment, however they can be filled in at your appointment. Additionally, there will be a “Contact Us” form available on our website for any inquiries or concerns.
Initial Consultation
During your consultation, we will begin by discussing your concerns and what you would like to improve. This will involve a detailed conversation about your expectations and the suitability of various treatment options for your unique needs. We will take into consideration your medical history as some treatments may not be appropriate.
Bespoke Treatment Plan
Based on our discussion, we will create a bespoke, tailored treatment plan specifically designed to address your concerns and achieve your desired outcomes. We will explore various treatment options and discuss the potential benefits and risks associated with each.
Treatment Options
For most filler treatments, it is possible to proceed with the treatment immediately following the consultation, if desired and if time allows. However, for anti-wrinkle treatments, an in-person consultation is required prior to the first treatment. While we are happy to conduct online consultations for your convenience, please note that face-to-face consultations are preferred, especially for anti-wrinkle treatments.
Consent and Forms
Before proceeding with any treatment, you will be required to complete consent forms, including a medical history questionnaire. This is essential for ensuring your safety and well-being throughout the treatment process.
Before and After Photos
For every treatment, we will take before and after photos for documentation purposes. These photos are mandatory for insurance purposes and will remain confidential. Depending on your preference, they may also be used for website or advertising purposes with your consent.
Treatment Explanation
We will thoroughly explain your chosen treatment plan, including any associated risks and potential complications. It is important to us that you fully understand the treatment process and feel comfortable moving forward.
Post-Treatment Advice
Following your treatment, we will provide you with comprehensive post-treatment advice to ensure optimal results and minimise any potential side effects. This may include recommendations for aftercare products, lifestyle adjustments, and follow-up appointments.
Follow-Up Appointments
Depending on the type of treatment received, follow up appointments may be required two weeks minimum post treatment. Any concerns feel free to contact us.
